We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing, supply chain, and operational execution for a fast-growing organization in the energy storage and power systems space. Reporting to the COO, this executive will drive scalability, efficiency, and long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operations strategy, aligning manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and facilities with business goals
• Oversee energy system manufacturing, deployment, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure performance across cost, quality, delivery, and safety metrics
• Drive production planning, capacity expansion, and facility readiness
• Own budgets, forecasting, and capital planning in partnership with Finance
• Build and lead a high-performing operations leadership team
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead supply chain strategy, vendor sourcing, and risk mitigation
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturability with Engineering
• Drive strategic initiatives including new facilities, outsourcing, and make vs. buy decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, including senior manufacturing roles
• Proven experience scaling operations in energy storage, renewable energy, or advanced manufacturing
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and capital investments
• Data-driven leader with strong strategic and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
