Description
Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Resident Services Specialist to join our growing team. Birchwood Health Care Center is home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per week. Monday - Friday 9:30am-5:30pm Wage: $18.00-$22.50/HR, Depending on Experience Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Resident Services Specialists become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. The Resident Service Specialist supports the delivery of resident-centered services throughout the admission, stay, and discharge process within the Skilled Nursing Facility. This position coordinates essential administrative, clinical support, and customer service functions to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and a positive resident experience. The Specialist works closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to maintain compliance, streamline service coordination, and uphold the organization's commitment to quality care.
