Overall Summary This position supervises all aspects of both Tool & Die and Prototype/Specialty Instrument manufacturing across all shifts. The Supervisor will mentor direct reports to further develop the skills required for their job functions. The Supervisor will also interface with cross-functional personnel, including Production, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Packaging, Planning, Purchasing and Facilities. This role may also be required to interact with outside suppliers on the manufacturing of tools, fixtures, prototypes, or special instruments. Your duties will include:

YOUR EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing discipline, Engineering, or Business YOUR EXPERIENCE Minimum of 8 years machining experience, including manual and CNC machinery, with 5 years being Prototype, T&D or equivalent.
