The successful candidate will contribute as a key member of the Finance team by analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing standard versus actual cost reports. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory accounts, develop cost models, and perform detailed variance analyses to support pricing and profitability reporting. This individual will be responsible for preparing journal entries, supporting financial statement preparation, and assisting with both annual and interim audits. In addition, they will play a key role in the design, implementation, deployment, support, and ongoing maintenance of the Company's ERP systems, while providing technical and operational support to financial management teams across the Econolite group of companies. The role requires frequent collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and effective financial decision-making. DUTIES:

COMPENSATION The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
