Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Manager Parts Operations. As a Manager Parts Operations, you will be responsible for implementing and developing strategies for managing a world class Parts Operation program aimed at improving product quality, fleet utilization, safety, and consistency. Become a recognized resource for operations management and throughout the company for all issues related to best practices for inventory control, procurement, maintenance process and workflow. Insure Sunbelt Rentals generates maximum revenue over the life of the asset through strategies for minimizing costs, maximizing utilization, maximizing uptime, and customer acceptance are the core work output of this department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the development and implementation of Parts Operational procedures, policies, programs, systems and training.
* Maximize the value of Sunbelt Rentals fleet assets by proactively managing the preventative maintenance, repair and safety bulletin process.
* Develop/Implement operational and exception reporting designed at informing operational management of Product Support and Inventory issues and areas requiring attention.
* Assists Product Managers in resolving parts and quality disputes with vendors. Maintain a communication program to communicate and record issues throughout organization and product vendors.
* Assist the Fleet Group in the service/safety bulletin program including prompt notification, continual monitoring, and follow-up correspondence with manufacturers.
* Assist Fleet Group in Identifying manufacturers who are not able to meet established quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Industry Experience
* Process design and organizational skills. Ability to create and develop new processes to make the Inventory and Parts Operation of the company more efficient and effective.
* Excellent communication skills. Responsible for interacting with Sunbelt executive, regional, district, profit center and training personnel.
* Good analytical ability to gather and interpret technical information and to develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
* Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to make good decisions and manage several processes in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding and working knowledge of rental fleet application, performance capabilities, and mechanical concepts.
* Knowledge of PC programs including Excel, Word, Access, Visio, etc.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $85,680.00 - 117,810.00

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
