GENERAL FUNCTION

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for frame codification into the Frame Referential (eProm), and monitoring item flow to downstream systems including Oracle, VisionWeb and the Frame Dream Portal. The Master Data Coordinator will maintain Optifacts systems with item availability and orderability. Communication with the WW Pro, Program Managers, Sales teams and Pricing teams is critical to the success of the process. The Master Data Coordinator will also support Rx lens codification and set up as part of new product introduction (NPI).

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. FRAME CODIFICATION

    1. Support Integrated Offers and Industrial Safety item codification in the eProm Portal for programs already existing or newly onboarded.
    2. Review Frame Global Submission Forms (GSF) for data integrity.

      1. Supplement the GSF form with required system fields.


    3. Submit codification requests to the eProm in the proper format.

      1. Requests types:

        1. New Items
        2. Existing Item updates, edits and corrections


      2. Communication with the eProm team on data integrity & timing.
      3. Communication with Program Managers

        1. Receipt of request.
        2. Missing, incomplete or incorrect data.









  • Codification completion



  1. Communication of pricing to Finance Pricing teams.



  1. FRAME ORDERABILITY in OPTIFACTS

    1. Update Optifacts to support Operations

      1. Item availability
      2. Item orderability







  • Item discontinuation, for the Industrial Safety Program.



  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE

    1. Support questions by Lab Operations.


  2. RX LENS CODIFICATION

    1. Depending on the production strategy and value chain, codify new Rx lenses in one or more systems including Oracle, SAP, PLM, or VisionStar
    2. Identify and research products in Globe (WWPRo) and SAPWIN to ensure compliance with technical setups and global codification




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3+ years' experience in new product and services, launch processes and project management
  • Knowledge of Optifacts application is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Education in Business or Related discipline (Supply Chain a plus)
  • Experience in Microsoft Applications, Excel, Word, Teams
