GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager, Business Strategy & Growth supports the definition & execution of organic & inorganic growth initiatives across Professional Solutions. The role translates strategic priorities into analyses, business plans & execution roadmaps, partnering with senior leaders & cross functional teams to drive planning, market & competitive insights & business case development.

This is an execution focused role combining strong analytical skills with stakeholder coordination in a complex, matrixed environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Growth



  • Support development of growth strategy including organic & selected inorganic initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic plans & roadmaps aligned with business & regional priorities
  • Track initiatives, supporting prioritization, milestones & performance metrics


Business & Strategic Planning



  • Support annual & mid-term planning with Finance, Commercial & Strategy teams
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking & performance analysis to identify opportunities & risks
  • Develop clear, data-driven insights for leadership & executive reviews
  • Translate strategy into operational plans, KPIs & financial scenarios


Inorganic Growth & Business Development



  • Support identification & assessment of acquisition, partnership or investment opportunities
  • Contribute to business cases including financial modeling, market analysis & strategic rationale
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs during evaluation


Digital & Key Enablers



  • Support definition of business & digital enablers for growth initiatives
  • Partner with IT, Digital & Analytics teams to assess requirements & impact
  • Track execution & benefits of key digital initiatives


Cross-Functional & Intercompany Leadership



  • Support cross functional initiatives ensuring alignment across strategy, commercial, finance & operations
  • Build stakeholder relationships to enable execution & resolve issues
  • Support communication & alignment through updates & documentation


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in business strategy, consulting, corporate development or analytical roles
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills including market analysis, financial modeling & business cases
  • Understanding of business fundamentals, P&L drivers & growth levers
  • Experience working cross functionally with Finance, Commercial & Digital/IT teams
  • Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize complex analyses


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strategic consultancy experience
  • Exposure to M&A, partnerships or transformation initiatives
  • Strong project management skills & attention to detail
  • Proactive, results oriented mindset with ownership
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity & evolving priorities

Pay Range:94,795.80-150,727.80

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
