Job Title: ServiceNow FSM BA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in implementing Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to design and deliver FSM capabilities that optimize field operations and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate requirement workshops covering FSM capabilities, including:
    • Work Order Management.
    • Dispatcher Workspace.
    • Dynamic Scheduling.
    • Planned Maintenance.
    • Inventory Management.
    • Field Agent Mobile App.
    • Skills and Parts Management.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories using ServiceNow Agile Development module.
  • Review and validate customer-provided data templates and guide stakeholders on accurate data collection.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solution alignment with requirements and statement of work.
  • Perform functional testing in non-production environments prior to QA handoff.
  • Review and validate design documents and Functional Requirement Specifications.
  • Provide training to customer SMEs on FSM features and functionalities.
  • Support project governance by identifying risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Demonstrate and validate system functionality against agreed configurations.
  • Manage scope changes and coordinate with Project Manager for approvals.
  • Participate in UAT cycles, drive test execution with stakeholders, log and track defects, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution and retesting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow FSM module across work order management, dispatcher workspace, dynamic scheduling, planned maintenance, inventory and parts management, and field service mobile solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
  • Understanding of FSM use cases across industries such as utilities, telecom, or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Required Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management.
