About the Role

Culmen is seeking a Polygrapher to support our mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

This position requires deployments to Haiti.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

Polygraphers will assist the LP in conducting vetting and polygraphing operations in Haiti.



Required Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited professional polygraph and vetting training program, such as the American Polygraph Association (APA), the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), or a comparable institution.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting international polygraph programs, including coordinating, assessing, conducting, and managing polygraph activities in an international environment; experience in the Caribbean or Latin America is preferred.
  • Completion of at least 200 NCCA-accredited Law Enforcement Pre-Employment Test (LEPET) polygraph examinations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and conducting polygraph programs utilizing simultaneous interpretation.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently.
  • No adverse prior performance history with INL and no prior removal from any U.S. Government mission or civilian policing activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Eligibility Requirement - US Citizen (This requirement is necessary to meet the security and eligibility requirements for the performance of this contract).


Desired Qualifications

  • French and/or Haitian Creole language abilities.
