Job Description:
Due to growth, Associated Clinic of Psychology is seeking a full-time LICSW Board Approved Supervisor to join our growing team of clinicians. As a Supervisor, you would be a piece of the foundation that supports our mission of being the provider and employer of choice for behavioral health care services in the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin. As a Supervisor, your role provides the opportunity toward Clinical Excellence for Clinical Trainees and you would be an integral part of developing clinicians towards their LICSW and in turn supporting more clients. This position will also involve maintaining a personal caseload of therapy clients from our general referral list. Responsibilities include supervising our community-based services program, completion of diagnostic assessments, supervision of clinical trainees, participation in training and supervision meetings, communicating and coordinating with other supervisors, administrative support staff, and outside agencies.
This role takes on a hands-on approach by meeting clients where they're at. Working with clients in their own environment offers a greater chance to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise our Community-Based services program
- Maintain a clinical caseload and meet the expectations of a licensed therapist
- Provide weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to clinical trainees, including administrative supervision
- Be available for supervisees to support their growth and development in becoming LICSWs
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans
- Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients
- Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel
Requirements:
- LICSW-Board Approved Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries.
- Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.

Starting Salary Range: $73,000-$77,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
