Earn more and work fewer days. Wagner is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for 2nd shift-offering a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) and a $5/hour shift premium. Operate shop equipment such as lasers, benders, presses, welding, and polishing equipment to produce high-quality metal parts. Duties include loading material, running machines, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. What You'll Do Operate a variety of shop equipment and fabrication processes Load raw materials and unload finished parts Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards Support production flow and team operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands-on work preferred Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment Basic math and measuring skills Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Wagner? $5/hour 2nd shift premium 4-day workweek (long weekends!)
