Community Specialist, CanAm OffRoad

We are looking for a Community Specialist who will report to the Global Brand Manager, Content and Strategy for CanAm OffRoad. In this role, you will help grow CanAm's presence within offroad and utilityrecreation communities by building authentic relationships that strengthen brand trust, relevance, and advocacy. You will play a key role in connecting rider insights to our brand strategy while helping shape the CanAm fan journey across the United States and globally.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Build and grow relationships with influential utility and recreational offroad communities across key markets.

  • Develop and activate community strategies that support the CanAm OffRoad fan journey.

  • Serve as the main liaison between global brand teams, regional teams, and community stakeholders.

  • Monitor online and inperson community spaces to identify sentiment, trends, and cultural moments.

  • Share community insights that inform storytelling, content, and brand initiatives.

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure community perspectives are reflected across campaigns.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in community management, field marketing, partnerships, social, PR, or related roles.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse rider and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally and with external partners.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.

  • Required to work onsite in the Plano,TX office 50 percent of the time, or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Passion for powersports and outdoor culture

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy and curiosity.
