The Process Expert - Consumables Management Solutions provides Tier II support for the Consumables Management Solutions and serves as a key cross functional partner across Product, Service, Sales, and Operations. This role ensures consistent execution of software, hardware, and service related processes while bridging the gap between strategy and day to day operations. The Process Expert - Consumables Management Solutions collaborates with Product Managers, Service Managers, Back Office, Implementation teams, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Channel organizations to drive process standardization, efficiency, and scalability. Responsibilities include defining best practices, identifying and prioritizing process improvements, leading structured problem solving efforts, coordinating cross functional solutions, and communicating updates clearly to field teams. The role plays a critical part in improving productivity, execution quality, and overall customer experience.


What You'll do
  • Responsible for defining best practices and identifying opportunity improvements for Consumables Management Solutions for software, hardware, and service related processes.
  • Responsible for supporting the successful development and coordinated implementation of Consumables Management Solutions training.
  • Responsible for partnering with Product Managers, Process Experts & Managers to ensure best customer experience.
  • Collaboration with Global Process Management & Process experts in other Hubs & MOs.
  • Design best practices and coordinate relationship with Global IT in defining development & testing of new systems & processes.
  • Owns all Consumables Management processes & develops training modules for all processes.
  • Coordinate with Corporate and Channels training teams for continuous training improvements and train the trainer sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support for the utilization of Consumables Management Tier II systems & processes, beyond the initial "go-live" dates, acting as a key user of the tools.
  • Monitor utilization and compliance with process improvements using lean methodology
  • Manage process change and systems releases and develop new-user training for core curriculum as well as roll-out training for existing users.
  • Support, coach, and advise process participants.
  • Additional duties, as assigned.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience is accepted in lieu of degree
  • Minimum two (2) years of operations experience, required
  • Lean Explorer certification, required; Lean Problem Solver (A3) certification, preferred
  • Must have a detailed understanding of Hilti business processes and an understanding of the relationship between pricing & profitability along with a strong understanding of the revenue chain (order-to-invoice) concept and execution
  • Requires strong data analysis and demonstrated experience in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Automate tools
  • In-depth understanding of trends and digitalization software offerings
  • In-depth understanding of support tools (SAP, SharePoint, & the cross-functional impact of all systems)
  • In-depth understanding of Operations functions including warehouse processes, transportation processes, and customer experience
  • In-depth understanding of Hilti's strategic direction (Lead 2030)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), and presentation skills, required
