OVERVIEW

We're looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Product Development Coordinator to join a fast-moving apparel team focused on intimates, sleep, and panties. In this entry-level individual contributor role, you'll be the connective tissue between vendor partners, design, technical, production, and merchandising-keeping development on track from concept through execution. If you thrive in a structured but dynamic environment and love the details that keep product moving, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

*Serve as the point person for development details with vendor partners and cross-functional teams including design, technical, production, and merchandising

*Create and maintain seasonal development charts, work-in-progress (WIP) trackers, readiness decks, Bill of Materials (BOM), and costing charts

*Coordinate weekly workflow updates to ensure timely, accurate vendor and team communication

*Monitor the development process across the product line, tracking progress against seasonal timelines and flagging risks

*Update and maintain costing tools and reference resources for merchant and planning teams

*Communicate design development details clearly across stakeholders

*Participate in fit sessions and in-office meetings as required by the development calendar

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required for consideration.

*Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Production, Operations, Apparel Product Lifecycle, or equivalent experience

*2-5 years of product development experience (internship experience considered for recent graduates)

*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-you keep things accurate and nothing falls through the cracks

*Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel; comfort with standard computer communications and shortcuts

*Clear, professional written communication skills

*Team-player mindset with a genuine drive to learn

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Prior experience with Centric PLM or a similar product lifecycle management system

*Background in intimates, lingerie, or apparel product development

*Comfort adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

WHO THRIVES HERE

The strongest candidates will be communicators who adapt well to rapid changes in priorities, enjoy working cross-functionally, and bring calm precision to a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You're someone who takes ownership of the details and isn't afraid to ask questions or raise flags early.
