Step into a Maintenance Supervisor role where you'll help launch and maintain a brand-new community from the ground up. Villas on McQueen is a 157-unit affordable housing community preparing for lease-up, and we're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can lead with confidence, bring strong HVAC expertise, and set the standard for quality from day one. What You'll Do

  • Oversee and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance

  • Manage service requests through property management systems and ensure timely completion

  • Coordinate make-readies and ensure units are prepared for on-time move-ins during lease-up

  • Conduct property inspections and lead first-year and agency inspection readiness and compliance

  • Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure proper coverage and follow-up

  • Manage vendor relationships, schedules, and quality of work

  • Monitor inventory, expenses, and assist with maintenance budgeting and capital projects

What You'll Bring

  • Strong HVAC experience required (EPA Certification required, or ability to obtain within 90-days)

  • Experience in multifamily property management maintenance

  • Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance teams

  • Experience with first-year property inspections

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate property management systems

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and ability to drive for business purposes

  • Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $28-$30 based on experience

  • Full-time role with on-call responsibilities for emergency maintenance needs
