Technical Supervisor - Manufacturing (Power Distribution)

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are hiring a Technical Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams in a fast-growing environment focused on custom, engineered-to-order power distribution systems. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the build of switchgear, MCCs, and related electrical systems for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 10+ manufacturing employees in daily production activities
• Oversee assembly of switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and power distribution systems
• Support engineered-to-order builds, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
• Drive Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong background in electrical assembly and power distribution systems
• Experience with custom or engineered-to-order manufacturing
• Knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, and industrial electrical systems
• Lean / Six Sigma leadership experience preferred
• Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
