We are seeking a senior broker and strategic leader to build and lead Aon's North American Commodity Trading insurance proposition. This individual will sit at the intersection of Marine, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Credit, and Financial Lines, delivering coordinated risk and insurance solutions to commodity traders, processors, producers, and related financial partners. This growth leadership position involves developing a go-to-market strategy, rapidly growing client relationships, and coordinating Aon's global resources to offer distinct solutions for a highly complex and underserved segment. This position involves a hybrid schedule in our Chicago, IL office (spending 3 days a week working onsite in Chicago). How this opportunity is different Aon's Global Marine Specialty Practice is organized to provide global services at a local level. As the world's leading broker and experts in marine coverages and market alternatives, Aon has unmatched access to global insurance markets and new capital sources. We collaborate closely with clients across many industries, including manufacturers, distributors, logistics, life science, energy, and technology. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $155,000- $185,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
