Job Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex or high-impact products or domains aligned with business objectives.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional product teams, including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Drive prioritization decisions based on customer needs, business impact, feasibility, regulatory considerations, and risk.

• Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product direction and differentiation.

• Partner with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to align product initiatives with go-to-market strategies and operational capabilities.

• Own product performance metrics and monitor outcomes, using insights to optimize adoption, effectiveness, and value realization.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively managing mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate executive and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure transparency of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

• Contribute to investment discussions by providing business rationale, impact assessments, and prioritization frameworks.

• Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, supporting capability development within the product organization.

• Promote best practices in product discovery, experimentation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
