KEY SUCCES FACTORS
- Directly supervise employees as well as sub-contract services.
- Interpret operational data and make operational changes as needed.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities.
- Successfully interface with environmental and regulatory agencies as well as generator and haulers to ensure efficiency processing and delivery of material.
- Achieve budgetary goals.
- Manage and track project monthly financials for area of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage, train, supervise and monitor performance of field personnel to ensure safe and proper operation of equipment.
- Manage projects from proposal stage to on-site commissioning and start-up.
- Monitors and controls field operations in accordance with manufacturers O&M manuals, SOP's and established company policies and procedures.
- Enforce and maintain company safety programs and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of land application process, sludge dewatering operating procedures and standards, to properly instruct and lead employees.
- Frequent independent decision-making to ensure safe and proper operations are adhered.
- Develop and maintain daily spreadsheets relating to project KPIs and materials management as well as compliance monitoring and documentation.
- Reports weekly status covering all processing and maintenance related activities to Director of Operations.
- Exhibit, at all times, safe behavior and perform job in safe manner.

- Ability to assist EHS&T Manager with development and administration of training programs for staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Agricultural or Environmental degree preferred.
- 2-3 years management experience.
- Experience in agricultural or environmental industry required.
- Must have computer skills and experience with Word, Excel.
- Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail required.
- Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal safety rules and regulations preferred.OSHA 30 preferred.
- Be able to operate heavy equipment, ie. belt filter press, centrifuge, loader, spreader, etc.
