Looking for an experienced Real Estate Property Manager to support field operations teams across a significant store portfolio. This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of real estate, lease compliance, and retail operations.

Compensation:$40-$50/hour - conversion salary $85,000-$90,000
Location:Everyday On-Site Bradenton, FL (34208)
Duration:6 month Contract to Hire

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in commercial real estate property management, lease administration, or a related role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret commercial leases - this is a firm requirement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in landlord-facing interactions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Team-oriented mindset with comfort working across multiple internal departments
  • College degree preferred

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Enforcing lease compliance and holding landlords accountable to lease obligations across a large retail store portfolio
  • Resolving maintenance disputes between landlords and internal operations teams covering roof, structure, parking, HVAC, sanitary lines, and life safety systems
  • Developing analytics and proactive strategies to identify and resolve property operational and compliance challenges before they escalate
  • Interpreting, administering, and enforcing lease covenants and provisions to support store operations
  • Advising leadership on unfavorable lease language during renewals and renegotiations
  • Coordinating with external landlords, vendors, and professionals on critical real estate tasks
  • Supporting Regional and District Operations field teams with store-related property issues
  • Working cross-functionally with Finance, Store Maintenance, Construction, and Real Estate leadership

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
