JOB SUMMARY Lehigh Valley Dairy has immediate job openings for Pasterurizer Operator JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines * Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product * Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed * Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches * Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced. * Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately * Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues * Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements * The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
