Administrative Assistant
PSC Group, is a growing industrial services organization looking for a professional, personable, and organized team player to provide direct administrative support for our Plant Operations. The Operations Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting PSC Group's operations team by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support. This individual will help streamline processes, manage data and reporting, and proactively support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative support role and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations leadership team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel coordination and document preparation
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Assist in developing, updating, and managing operational reports and dashboards, including Power BI
- Support data entry, tracking, and analysis to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Coordinate internal communications and help ensure alignment across multiple teams and locations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively implement solutions
- Assist with special projects, presentations, and operational initiatives as needed
- Assists in large and small event planning, arranging food, materials, booking facilities, training rooms, hotel rooms and activities.
- Assists with creating and processing expense reports
- Support purchasing and procurement functions for Operations team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Stable work history with good references from past employers
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Valid Driver's License
- PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
- One year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of internal management, field employees, office staff as well as external customers, vendors, etc.
- Demonstrates flexibility to adjust work hours as needed, including occasional early mornings or evenings for events. Some events may be held off-site and require travel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
- Keen sense of discretion and judgment, professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
- Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear, actionable format
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
