Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in both recruiting and core HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about creating exceptional employee and candidate experiences.

In this role, you'll contribute to full-cycle recruitment, HR initiatives, and payroll administration, while serving as a trusted partner to both hiring managers and employees.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Manage 5-10 open roles simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes
  • Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish
  • Track and manage candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

HR Operations & Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
  • Support key HR programs including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Serve as the point of contact for North American payroll, including:
    • Timekeeping and reconciliation of employee hours
    • Tracking PTO and employee records
    • Submitting accurate payroll for processing
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems
  • Assist with vendor management and budget tracking

Process Improvement & Ownership

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruiting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Take initiative to solve problems, anticipate needs, and drive projects forward

Culture & Engagement

  • Help build a positive, inclusive, and people-first culture
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and events

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with Payroll Systems, ATS, and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
