Role Summary: The project coordinator will coordinate and track thetasks, schedule, issues and risks of a project. It's their job to ensure theproject managementframework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly, tasks are understood and completed as planned. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page or project risks are fully understood. Minimum Job Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities This position will work on various projects supporting different departments across Latitude. The Project Coordinator will need to be flexible, may be responsible for coordinating more than one project at a time. This individual will help plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. They are responsible for working with the Value Stream Manager to ensure the correct plan, resources, and documentation is in place to ensure adequate project launch. They are responsible for regular reporting of project status and effectively working with others to ensure project success.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field. At least 5 years of Project Coordination experience. Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar, preferred. Working knowledge of project management software.
