Director of Advanced Technology

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for advanced technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals (cross-division).
• Lead research and development efforts to identify and implement emerging technologies.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Services and RCO's across domains (ground, air, sea, space) and classification levels to mature and develop enhanced capabilities to the warfighter.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth.
• Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in technology implementation.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology projects.

• US Citizenship is required
• TS/SCI and SAR eligible
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on advanced or emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud computing, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in government or highly regulated industries.
• Experience working in TS/SCI SAR environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, AWS, Azure certifications).
