To Crush This Job

• 1-3 years of experience operating injection molding machines required
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and recording production data
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (25-60 lbs regularly)
• Exposure to heat and noise in a manufacturing environment
• Requires strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and continuous visual focus
• Must be able to distinguish colors and perform detailed inspections

Your Role on the Floor

• Provide relief coverage for machine operators during breaks and lunches while maintaining machine cycles and production flow
• Operate and monitor automatic molding machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Remove molded parts, trim excess material (flash), and grind sprues per standard procedures
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Accurately weigh, count, and document production output and quality results
• Complete production reports, non-conformance documentation, and end-of-run paperwork
• Package finished goods according to specifications (bulk or layer packing)
• Prepare boxes and materials for daily production runs
• Move materials and finished goods to designated areas to support continuous operations
• Communicate production issues, defects, or abnormal conditions to supervisors or quality personnel
• Assist with inventory tracking and maintain accurate production order counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
