What You'll Do:

  • Update intra-day consumer driving rates using internal pricing and optimization tools based on analysis of consumer trends, competitor pricing, fleet levels, and market dynamics

  • Ensure accurate execution of pricing strategies within automated/robotic optimization systems to maintain market competitiveness

  • Analyze historical performance, booking trends, and demand forecasts to generate insights and optimize pricing decisions

  • Identify and evaluate markets, geographic regions, and competitor behavior to inform pricing strategies at both macro and micro levels

  • Develop and maintain pricing models, financial analyses, and cost/price frameworks for B2B deals, SMB opportunities, and government RFPs

  • Support pricing and repricing initiatives, promotions, and performance analyses through ad-hoc and structured analysis

  • Produce and distribute regular performance reports, benchmarks, and dashboards (monthly and ad hoc) using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Cognos

  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business goals

  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and performance results to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership

  • Identify, test, and evaluate targeted promotions to drive demand and improve revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or analytics (5+ years total professional experience preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools preferred

  • Experience working with pricing systems, forecasting, and demand modeling

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred; Master's degree a plus

The annual starting salary for this position is between$57,600 - $70,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
