About the Role

The Senior Sales Coordinator supports national condominium sales initiatives and ensures our sales teams have the tools, information, and operational support they need to meet their goals. This role works closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP), National Condominium Sales & Strategy, and sales teams in three regions to coordinate sales operations, streamline processes, manage key administrative tasks, and help deliver an excellent experience for brokers, prospects, and partners. Compensation: up to $85K plus bonus & benefits.

What You Will Do

Sales and Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales teams across markets and to the EVP to help drive sales performance.

  • Support the sales team on pre-launch initiatives and sales campaigns.

  • Assist with management, opening and upkeep of model homes and sales galleries.

  • Manage and input MLS listings and prepare related activity and performance reports as needed.

  • Prepare, update, and distribute price sheets, sales reports, and other core tools for the Sales Team.

  • Gather weekly reporting from Sales Executives and consolidate it for leadership review.

  • Monitor Sales Executives' appointments, key buyers, and follow-up activities, and provide performance reports as requested.

  • Plan and coordinate tours, including logistics and supporting materials, as directed by the EVP.

  • Conduct research and prepare and edit reports and presentations for the EVP and VP, Sales Operations.

  • Provide general office support, including concierge coverage, meeting support, administration for maintaining vehicles, office supplies and equipment

  • Assist with preparing property briefs and other sales materials as needed.

  • Arrange travel and process expense reports for the EVP and, on occasion, other sales team members as needed.

  • Support contracting, vendor coordination and budgets, and related administrative processes (e.g., for flowers, cleaning, and other sales gallery contracts) using company systems.

  • Take minutes during key meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and complete follow-up action plans to attendees when needed.

  • Prepare monthly Sales Executive schedules.

  • Project travel as needed.

Sales Processes, Systems, and Compliance

  • Help review, optimize, and implement processes that improve how we support sales efforts nationally.

  • Partner with the VP, Sales Operations and Salesforce team to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.

  • Support the Principal Broker with licensing, membership, and education requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Assist with testing websites, online registration platforms, and other digital tools used for sales campaigns and launches.

  • Contribute to and help lead early-stage sales initiatives (campaigns and tower launches) by helping organize materials, lists, reporting and processes.

Marketing Collateral and Events

  • Manage inventory and distribution of sales collateral and tools, ensuring that materials are well-stocked and available to the sales team.

  • Partner with the Marketing Department to confirm all collateral and digital sales tools are accurate, current, and on-brand.

  • Create custom, brand-compliant presentations for the EVP and sales leadership.

  • Plan and coordinate sales-related events and broker functions that contribute to achieving sales targets, including logistics, invitations, collateral, and on-site support.

  • Prepare concise briefs before events and debriefs afterward to capture results, learnings, and follow-up actions.

Team Culture, Recognition, and Development

  • Support internal and external recognition programs for the Sales Team, highlighting performance and achievements.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating team-building and office bonding activities, as well as broader Sales department events.

  • Support professional development initiatives for Sales Team members as directed by the EVP (e.g., training coordination, tracking participation).

About You

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • College degree is a plus

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.

  • Real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  • Curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new tools to work more efficiently.
