As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Clearance in Riviera Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness across assigned areas. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors entering or exiting restricted areas, following site-specific protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on patrol activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or operational concerns observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide a DD214 with honorable discharge, or possess an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, and/or a corrections academy certificate.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
