Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and help to document relevant details for follow-up.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenity areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and help to report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by providing directions, assisting with guest inquiries, and helping to maintain an orderly environment during routine activity, high-traffic periods, and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
