Job Description:

Client Solutions Manager - Accounting & ERP Solutions

The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing and advancing the sales process for Crowe's Client Accounting Services (CAS) and ERP Solutions practices. This individual partners closely with practice leadership to coordinate sales opportunities, facilitate client engagement activities, and drive pursuits from initial discovery through proposal, contracting, and transition to delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting the sale of professional services, accounting services, outsourced accounting, finance transformation, ERP solutions, or consulting services. This role requires exceptional organization, initiative, and collaboration to keep opportunities moving while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Management

  • Partner with Client Accounting Services and ERP Solutions leadership to manage and advance strategic sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate discovery meetings, proposals, statements of work (SOWs), pricing discussions, and follow-up activities.
  • Proactively drive next steps, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate opportunity tracking within CRM.

Client Engagement & Collaboration

  • Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and support solution development for both accounting and ERP engagements.
  • Coordinate internal resources to develop tailored client solutions and sales materials.
  • Partner with leadership, marketing, recruiting, and delivery teams to support successful pursuits.
  • Help ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Sales Operations

  • Track proposal status, client communications, and key milestones across multiple pursuits.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights that support business development strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, pursuit management, and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services sales support, pursuit management, business development, client engagement, or sales operations.
  • Experience within public accounting, consulting, outsourced accounting, ERP solutions, or other professional services environments strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Client Accounting Services, finance transformation, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for clients' needs.
