  • Manage end-user satisfaction and the adoption of M365, Teams, conference room equipment, digital signage, IPTV services, and telephony services.

  • Lead governance, standards, cost models/chargeback, and citizen development within the Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Take responsibility for key performance indicators to drive end-user satisfaction and engagement with technology.

  • Lead engagements with the business to understand challenges and propose solutions for process improvement and business process automation.

Your impact:

  • Serve as a technical leader, advocating for users to deliver products and services that meet their needs

  • Lead innovation within the company by providing the appropriate tools and training to enable better communication and collaboration

  • Help drive business process automation through consulting and by delivering tools and guidelines for self-service

  • Be a key contributor to developing IT's vision and roadmap for workplace productivity technology

Contributors to your success:

  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successfully leading technology adoption and major technology deployments.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from and provide IT training to non-technical employees.

  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through automation, preferably with Microsoft's Power Platform.

  • Strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to teach people of all technical abilities.

  • Experience working as a technical lead on major technology deployment and adoption efforts.

  • Experience with Lean process improvement is a plus
