Here's What You'll Need:



  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  • Bilingual candidates preferred


Customer Support (External):



  • Greet customers professionally and respond to inquiries with courtesy and urgency
  • Enter and manage new patient orders, resolving incomplete orders with patients, providers, and payers
  • Provide phone and email support for returns, shipping issues, transfers, refill requests, and general inquiries
  • Communicate expected timelines and proactively notify customers of delays
  • Respond to voicemail and emails within 24 business hours
  • Deliver customer training for new medical device users


Internal Coordination:



  • Act as liaison between customers and internal departments (shipping, service, sales, etc.)
  • Resolve issues through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and complete order documentation
  • Support process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
