Project Manager, Marketing & Communications College of Applied Health Sciences Job SummaryThis position manages the College of Applied Health Sciences marketing and communications project management systems-assigning work, setting priorities and deadlines, and tracking project progress and client relations end-to-end. This role is critical to the success of goal-driven marketing and communications collegewide and to building the credibility and excellence of the MarCom team itself. This role ensures timely, accurate, and high-impact projects that are consistent and defined across the five college units, while creating systems and policies, providing real-time feedback, and channeling questions to the appropriate colleagues when needed. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5004 - Marketing Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after July 1, 2026. The pre-determined salary range for this position $70,000 - $80,000. Final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
