The Role The Director, Reimbursements is responsible for estimating net revenue, analyzing significant drivers, and implementing associated valueadded reimbursement initiatives across the organization. The Director ensures compliance with all applicable accounting guidance and ensures the adequacy of internal controls related to reimbursement and revenue are periodically assessed. This role is also responsible for the efficient operation of the functional team, including supervision and review of staff, assessing workloads, and providing oversight and prioritization of reimbursementrelated projects. The Director leads revenue FP&A functions with a strong emphasis on monthend reporting, analysis, and revenue planning, working closely with the core FP&A team and budget caregivers across the enterprise. The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence's mission, values, and philosophy and serves as a role model for those values in all aspects of leadership. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
