What You Will Do As Director - Sales Operations Excellence, LDB Aesthetics, you will drive the business operations engine and market integrity for LDB Aesthetics. You will drive process and policy synergy by harmonizing the order-to-cash cycles and sales operational rules of SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science. You are responsible for the high-stakes execution of the sales support engine, protecting the professional channel through rigorous compliance and diversion safeguarding, and serving as the primary communication agent to the field. What We Are Looking For
- Strategic Sales Tech & Data Enablement
- Data Hygiene: Oversee the team's daily utilization of Salesforce and SAP to ensure 100% data accuracy. Drive strategic harmonization opportunities of SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science master data towards a high integrity LDB Aesthetics customer record.
- Queue Management: Ensure the efficient management of the CMM and Task queues. Direct the strategic governance of the CMM-to-TIBCO workflow. Ensure the technical feedback loop of approval status to the field is accurate and timely.
- Process Efficiency: Guide the sales support team in using digital platforms to streamline customer interactions and resolve operational bottlenecks. Lead key data and reporting enhancements with the LDB Data team.
- Business & Operational Excellence
- O2C Cycle Mastery: Optimize the E2E O2C cycle for financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Optimize the tax compliance lifecycle by implementing proactive notification strategies and automated workflows to prevent order delays.
- Program & Allocation Management: Lead the comprehensive management of order forms and monthly allocation processes. Coordinate with marketing for seamless implementation across both brands.
- Execution Leadership: Direct the keying and processing of all brand SHOP orders, shipping confirmations, and custom trunk stock order forms.
- Inventory Logistics: Manage the inventory catalogue in SAP to address out of stock situations.
- Sales Force & Field Enablement
- Capability & Training: Lead the design and implementation of strategic learning and development programs. Oversee all field trainings, including new hire training, platform updates, refreshers.
- Compliance Governance: Oversee the collection and management of resale certification and tax documentation. Strategize and oversee the creation of standardized resources to streamline the collection of legal/financial documentation (W9s, SDA, resale certs).
- Market Integrity: Safeguard E2E diversion through rigorous selective distribution enforcement and house account oversight to protect professional channels.
- Field Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the field, customer care, and internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Team Leadership & Strategic Synergy
- Synergy Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team to drive LDB Aesthetics synergistic execution. Foster a high-performance culture that preserves the DNA of both brands.
- Operational Liaison: Serve as the main liaison between brand leadership and Operations Customer Supply Chain to resolve systemic operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Administration, or Supply Chain Operations
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team, preferably within a sales support or operations function.
- Deep understanding of O2C cycle, sales tax jurisdiction rules, and contract management.
- High level mastery of Salesforce and SAP is required. Experience with master data management tools (CMM/TIBCO) and tax compliance platforms (Avalara/SOVOS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
