What You Will Do As Manager - Sales Admin & Business Governance, Aesthetics, you are the guardian of the LDB Aesthetics account lifecycle. You lead the high-volume execution of the Customer Master Management TIBCO integration processes, ensuring that every new customer account for SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science is legally, financially, and operationally ready to transact. What We Are Looking For
- Strategic Sales Tech & Data Enablement
- Customer Master Integrity: Execute the daily management of B2b account setup and master data resolution within Salesforce, SAP, LBrain, and OCC.
- Queue Management: Own the CMM queue and task queue; prioritize and resolve field inquiries regarding account status with a focus on meeting strict service level agreements. Serve as the technical lead for the CMM-to-TIBCO workflow, including managing data flow to TIBCO and status synchronization to the sales field.
- Data Hygiene: Lead the creation of staff accounts and ensure compliancy policy content within internal systems is up to date and audit-ready
- Business & Operational Excellence
- New Account Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end administrative onboarding process for new accounts. Manage CMM and TIBCO process.
- Account Maintenance: Direct all account-related changes and lifecycle updates, including customer changes, account purchases, and buyback processing. Ensure appropriate tax status and jurisdictional rules are applied to customer orders.
- Transaction Support: Provide high level admin support for invoicing resolution and SKU-level order issues, acting as the primary researcher for operational bottlenecks.
- O2C Synergy: manage the daily flow of admin tasks that enable the LDB Aesthetics synergistic O2C cycle
- Sales Force & Field Enablement
- Compliance Governance: Execute the rigorous validation of resale certificates and W9 documentation; manage annual tax compliance campaigns per state regulations to ensure 100% sales compliance.
- Contract Integrity: Audit and archive GTS and Commercial Policy signatures to safeguard the pro-channel.
- Field Support: Act as the primary admin partner for the sales force, resolving frontline documentation issues (including tax related policies) to allow reps to focus on sales growth.
- Team Leadership & Strategic Synergy
- SLA Oversight: Manage the daily output and performance of admin contributors to ensure consistent service levels for the LDB Aesthetics portfolio.
- Synergy Leadership: Drive the adoption of standardized LDB Aesthetics admin processes, replacing legacy silos with a unified, efficient model. Serve as subject matter expert in tax classification and jurisdictional rules, providing internal training to elevate the compliance proficiency of the broader LDB Aesthetics group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Compliance/Audit
- Proven ability to manage high volume queue environments with strict service level agreements
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (CMM), TIBCO, and SAP. Familiarity with tax platforms like Avalara and SOVOS.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a 'zero-error' mindset for high volume account setups and data cleansing.
- Knowledge of W9 tax classifications and document imaging standards to ensure 100% compliance and audit readiness.
- Capable of maintaining high output and precision under pressure.
- Skill in designing technical training programs for new hire / refresher that link tool usage to sales processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
