Investment Banking Associate, Global Industrials – (job location is New York, NY; employer is Jefferies LLC) – Assess the financial impact of supply chain issues, system improvements, and risk management in the global industrial sector. Perform financial analyses, including valuation, pro forma, and three statement operational models. Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client investment presentations for companies within the global industrials coverage area. Analyze business plans for clients in the global industrials sector. Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions. Draft private and public marketing materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, and Forms S-1. Prepare and lead the delivery of internal deal memos and engagement letters to clients and investment professionals covering the global industrials sector  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: analyzing financial statements and financial models; identifying and executing potential financial transactions, including cross-border and domestic; advising on equity capital raising; preparing company presentations, proposals, growth ideas, and strategic analyses; and preparing investor presentations and board materials for investors and board meetings.
