Associate, Equity Cash Sales

Associate, Equity Cash Sales – (job location is New York, NY; employer is Jefferies LLC) – Present to prospective clients and investors on investment opportunities. Assess client risk profiles and investment strategies. Communicate and distribute equity research and corporate access content to clients. Prepare and distribute live deal materials including offering memorandums and prospectuses. Collaborate with Jefferies' equity research analysts to market their research to portfolio managers. Requirements:     Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: performing financial valuation and discounted cash flow analysis; preparing and distributing live deal materials; assessing investment risk profiles and strategies; and communicating and distributing equity research and corporate access content to clients.
