Description Job Title: Sr. Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator Location: Charleroi, PA Employment Type: Contract Industry: Defense Compensation: $29.71- $33.33/ hour About the Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Sr. Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator to support the assembly, fabrication, inspection, and testing of complex electronic and mechanical systems. In this hands-on role, you'll work with advanced technologies, build prototypes and production hardware, and contribute to mission-critical products in a high-tech manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: Perform assembly, fabrication, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, pre-production units, and complex production systems Assemble RF cables, multi-function harnesses, and perform soldering operations to required specifications Load and configure customer and standard software onto devices and systems Maintain quality standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure a clean and organized work environment About Acara Solutions Acara is a premier recruiting and workforce solutions provider-we help companies compete for talent.
