Job Summary

This position will lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise End User Cloud platforms, including M365, Azure, VDI, and Mobile technologies. This role is accountable for platform reliability, security, scalability, and modernization, ensuring a seamless and secure employee experience across the enterprise.

This position requires a peoplefirst technology leader with a strong track record of leading highperforming engineering teams, operating in regulated environments, and partnering across technology, security, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Lead and Develop Teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure automation engineers.
  • Foster an inclusive, highperforming culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support career growth across earlycareer engineers through senior technical leaders
  • Oversee daytoday execution, prioritization, and workload management to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives
  • Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent through thoughtful hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Drive Automation and Execution

  • Own the delivery and operational support of infrastructure platforms including M365, Copilot, Azure, Email solutions, etc.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure supporting our employees.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Serve as delivery lead for small to midsized initiatives and a key leader on large or enterprisewide programs.
  • Drive modernization initiatives that improve resiliency, efficiency, and user experience

Operational Excellence, Risk, and Security

  • Partner closely with Information Security, Risk, and Audit teams to maintain a strong control environment
  • Strengthen the organization's security posture by ensuring platforms align with regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, resiliency, and security risks across platforms and services.
  • Promote ITILaligned operational practices, incident management, and rootcause analysis.

Manage Budget and Vendors

  • Manage the budget for the End User Technology cloud domain, including forecasting and cost optimization.
  • Own vendor relationships supporting cloud, DevOps, endpoint, and security platforms, including performance and contract management.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. (preferred)

Skills

  • Driving enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution.
  • Leading large, diverse technical teams and fostering engagement.
  • Overseeing complex systems, cloud platforms, and service delivery.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and cybersecurity risks.
  • Aligning technology investments with business goals and managing domain finances.
  • Handling complex vendor ecosystems and ensuring value delivery.
  • Leveraging cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) to support scalability and innovation.
  • Leading large-scale, agile-driven initiatives across departments.
  • Understanding business needs and influencing senior leadership.
  • Driving modernization and adoption of emerging technologies.

Core Competencies

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale projects
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with strong risk, security, and change management expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and deliver complex initiatives.
Preferred Experience
  • Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance management platforms.
  • Familiarity with endpoint, identity, and enterprise security technologies.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
