Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator
Shifts
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Sunday - Thursday

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician - you'll run machines and help produce highquality products. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running efficiently. You'll also maintain accurate documentation of production activities. As you grow your technical expertise, you'll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4-6 months through our Proficiency Program.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Run and monitor your assigned machine
  • Spot defects or machine issues and fix minor problems
  • Follow all SOPand cGMP rules
  • Keep your workspace clean before, during, and after each job
  • Complete accurate paperwork
  • Use tools like pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools
  • Report safety or quality concerns right away
What You Need
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English
  • Basic math skills
  • A reliable work ethic and a teamfirst mindset
Physical Requirements
  • Stand 8 hours
  • Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
  • Wear required PPE
