As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Services in Warner Robins, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping to monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service, clear communication, and a caring, reliable approach built on teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, document daily activity and/or incidents, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, visitor questions, and/or de-escalation of disruptive behavior in accordance with post orders and location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
