Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Whitakers, NC 27891

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 hourly on W2

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Inventory Support - Check inventory levels, update counts, and track materials.
• Simple Reporting - Update basic Excel sheets and simple reports.
• Warehouse Help - Assist with organizing materials and checking storage areas.
• Material Flow Support - Watch for delays or bottlenecks and report issues.
• General Data Entry - Enter information accurately into systems.
• Team Support - Work with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse work, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain support, or similar handson roles
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes
• Interest in improving processes or solving problems

You'll help the team by:

• Keeping inventory info accurate
• Supporting warehouse organization
• Helping materials move smoothly during plant changes
• Making sure teams have the info they need to stay on track
