Summary of Job Description: The Brand Marketing Associate Manager (Paid Media) is a key contributor to the company's mission of deepening Guest Love through smart, effective paid media investment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting national and local campaign planning, managing agency relationships, and ensuring media programs consistently deliver against business goals.Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing agency deliverables, maintaining performance standards, and developing the internal processes needed to track campaign metrics and manage budgets with precision. The Associate Manager is expected to bring both analytical rigor and operational discipline to the work, helping to sharpen how Panda Express measures and optimizes paid media performance.This position requires strong cross-functional partnership, working closely with Brand, Digital & Social, Community Marketing, International, Creative Design, and Digital Business to build integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and bottom-line business results across online ordering and in-store traffic at Panda Express locations.
