Part-Time, Night Shift | 3 Shifts/Week |6:00PM - 3:00AM

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a sign-on bonus for qualifying ED Techs (CNAs)!
$2,500 for 0-0.99 Years of experience (full-time)
$4,000 for 1+ Years of experience (full-time)
*current MaineHealth employees are not eligible. Previous MaineHealth employees must be separated for at least 6-months*
*Bonuses are pro-rated for part-time positions. Per diem positions are not eligible*

Summary:
The Emergency Department Technician - MMCP role assists the healthcare team in organizing and implementing basic department activities such as stocking, results retrieval and patient tracking. Under the guidance of the physician/advanced practice practitioner, this role will perform patient care such as vital signs, pulse oximetry, ECG, phlebotomy and other simple procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
  3. Experience: N/A.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
