Overview Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for an experienced, strategic Antenna Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our global antenna engineering team and drive the development of industry-leading antenna technologies. In this position, you will lead a team of RF and Antenna Engineers and Technicians, define technology roadmaps, oversee product development, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative antenna solutions for positioning, navigation, timing, and communication applications. This position will join a high-performance team focused on designing, developing, and delivering advanced antenna technologies for customers across aerospace, defense, agriculture, survey, and autonomous systems. Our customers rely on Hexagon Autonomous Solutions' industry-leading technology when building their own solutions. Responsibilities As our Antenna Electrical Engineering Manager, you would be responsible for:
Leading, coaching, and developing a global team of RF and Antenna Engineers and Technicians responsible for antenna and RF component design, development, and testing.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the company's discretion. Hiring Salary Range: $101,000 - $149,000 per annum Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
