Eastman is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to partner closely with business leaders and employees. About the Role As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support on a broad range of HR topics, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. You will work collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and business performance. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to deepen their consulting skills and prepare for higher HR leadership roles and would report to an experienced HR Leader. * A bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience is required.
