The HR Compliance Coordinator II provides advanced-level technical and operational support for the Divisional Human Resources Department. This position requires a deeper level of HR knowledge and autonomy than the HR Coordinator, with expanded responsibility for compliance monitoring, HRIS administration, employee relations documentation, onboarding oversight, and division-wide HR project coordination. The HR Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in at least one core HR functional area (HRIS, compliance, onboarding, investigations support, training administration) and acts as a resource to Corps, programs, and DHQ departments. This position performs complex HR transactions, audits, and case coordination requiring strong judgment, confidentiality, and independent problem-solving. The HR Specialist supports the HR Manager and HR Director by handling intermediate to moderately complex HR cases, ensuring divisional compliance with TSA policy, California and Nevada employment laws, and federal regulations.

1.Must possess a valid California Class C Driver License, and ability to drive a Salvation Army vehicle. 2.Must be 21 years or older. 3.Complete The Salvation Army vehicle course training.
