Vice President, Business Manager - (employer: Natixis North America LLC; job location: New York, NY) - Work with business heads to develop and support execution of business strategy. Develop presentations, analysis and reports to communicate strategy and progress to management. Develop and analyze budget and business reviews and recommend allocation of resources and costs. Translate budgeting and financial performance into presentations and reports for business line and management. Determine and execute outsourcing strategies including scope, monitoring, and analysis. Analyze staffing needs, productivity and performance, and cost management. Coordinate with local and global platform on policy and procedures, NPNA (New Product New Activity), and other requirements. Review and analyze client commercial activity. Anticipate upcoming audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory changes, targeting key issues, reviewing past performance and future requirements. Identify inefficiencies and remediate gaps in business line processes and work on remediation. Monitor and escalate onboarding, IT, and operations issues and coordinate with teams from control and support functions. Monitor information system evolution and operational process workflow and implement data/data quality governance in close coordination with IT. Requirements: Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: defining commercial and financial performance monitoring framework for financing business lines and monitoring key performance indicators; leading cross-platform transformation projects under the C-suite sponsorship; developing and implementing business strategies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives; analyzing financial data, performance metrics, deal pipelines, and budget exercises to support decision-making; planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in a cross-functional setting; developing and implementing initiatives that enhance operational processes and improve efficiency in business operations; and creating automated reporting dashboards and utilizing data analysis tools to monitor and report performance. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from within the NY tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT).
